In order to enter a team in the Weymouth Hockey Festival you'll need to sign up for an account.

Once you've signed up (which takes about 3 minutes - including receiving a confirmation email) you can enter a team and update your team's information online.

If you've already created an account (accounts created for previous festivals still work!) you can log-in to your account here.

Alternatively, if you really don't want to sign-up online you can download and print-out a paper form.
